Do I need to enroll my child every session?

Nope, we automatically re-enroll every current student!

When is payment due?

Payment is due before the first class of each session. If payment is not received within ten days of the due date a $15 late fee will automatically be added to your account. Session dates and cost are posted a week in advance at your site.

What are my payment options?

Cash, check, or charge. Payments may be dropped off at your site or call office for phone payment.

All credit cards are accepted. Credit Card authorization forms can be requested on site or downloaded here. Please make checks payable to Tumbling Tutor. Sign up for Auto-Pay and receive a $5 discount!

How long is a session?

Sessions run monthly. Session dates and cost are posted a week in advance at your site.

How much does it cost?

It is $15 per child, per class ($60 monthly = 4 class session) plus registration fee. We charge per session. Registration fee is $25 for new students.

Do I need to pay the registration fee every year?

No, it’s a one-time fee.

If my child misses a class, can I schedule a make-up or receive credit?

Tumbling Tutor does not offer make-ups or credit, unless we are notified a week in advance. In the unlikely event that class is canceled by Tumbling Tutor a make-up will be scheduled or a credit will be issued.

How and when can I sign-up for classes?

You may sign-up your child for classes at any point during the session. Your account will be pro-rated accordingly. Payment, registration fee, and registration form are required prior to tumbling, no exceptions. You may sign-up at your site or download the form from our website.

How do I find forms?

Registration form/ liability waiver and credit card authorization forms can be on found at your site or downloaded at www.tumblingtutor.com. On our homepage there is a link that says “Registration Download Form”; both the registration form and credit card authorization form are found there.

Is there a minimum per class?

There is a six children minimum per class.

How do I drop my child from Tumbling Tutor?

Please notify Tumbling Tutor via email, instructor, or call the office before their last week of class.

What should my child wear to class?

They should wear clothes they can easily move in. Jumping, crawling, and rolling upside down are all frequent movements! Jewelry, zippers, buttons, and anything else that could potentially get caught or scratch should be avoided. All long hair should be pulled up out of the face.

Does Tumbling Tutor do birthday parties?

Yes, we most certainly do! Anytime, anywhere! We will work with your schedule and location to bring tumbling to YOU. Call the office for more information or visit our parties information page.
